About Our Products
All our products are 100% handmade and use top quality ingredients such as free range eggs and proper butter and are flavoured with natural ingredients whenever possible. All this means that they don’t just look great – they taste great too!
All biscuits are individually beautifully packaged unless otherwise stated.
Shelf Life
Whilst biscuits will last up to 6 weeks we recommend eating cupcakes within 5 days to enjoy them whilst they’re still at their best.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Products may contain:
Eggs, wheat, oats and milk, traces of nuts. If you suffer from any allergies please ask us for a full ingredients list before ordering.
All products are 100% vegetarian and vegan or gluten free versions may be available on request.
Delivery Information
We send all orders by Royal Mail recorded delivery where possible. For particularly large orders we may occasionally use UPS. In order to keep delivery costs as low as possible prices are based on weight and size of the order.
All products are wrapped as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. If necessary we will supply replacements within 48 hours.
Minimum Orders
For photo and other bespoke cookies and cupcakes minimum orders are 30 units.
For corporate products minimum orders are 50 units.
Lead Times
For bespoke orders of fewer than 50 units minimum order time is 1 week. For larger orders lead times will be supplied with each quote. If you have a particular date that you need the products for please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Quotes and Ordering
Quotes are valid for 60 days after receipt after which a new quote must be requested. For orders of less than £50 full payment is required when ordering. A 50% deposit is required when booking for orders of £50 or more and the full balance must be paid a minimum of 3 working days before the product is despatched. For large corporate orders of over £500 please ask for payment terms.
Samples
Considering a big order and want to see a sample of what your product will look like? For the cost of £10 we will provide four biscuits or cakes all with slightly different designs if requested. This charge is redeemable against any order of 50 or more pieces you place within 60 days of receiving samples.

Refund information
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any of our products unless faulty. If you are unhappy with your products in any way please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 48 hours or receiving the order. We will offer to either replace or refund the goods.

Image Rights
By supplying photographs or logos for the production of biscuits and cakes you automatically give us the right to use photos of these products including your photo or logo on this website. If you would prefer for your product not to appear on the website please specify in writing at the time of ordering.
